We offer a 7-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

For Damage and Defective product:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving the item.  

Replacement products will be delivered within 5-7 days.

And If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited within 10 business days

Important: Unboxing Video Required for Returns/Replacement/Refund: To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund, please provide a clear unboxing video showing the parcel at the time of opening.Without this video proof, we will be unable to process your request, as we have encountered multiple instances of product swapping and false claims.Your cooperation helps us serve genuine customers more effectively.
